Gravitas Financial has until April 30 to pay interest on secured bonds

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., April 16 – Gravitas Financial Inc. was exempted from making the interest payment due March 31 on its secured bonds for a period ending April 30, according to a company news release.

The temporary exemption is part of the company’s strategic review of its investment holdings.

The review is being undertaken in conjunction with the majority holder of the bonds and could involve dispositions, new investors and other restructurings.

Toronto-based Gravitas Financial is a platform company that creates businesses in traditional and emerging sectors with industry partners.
