Global Liman talks $275 million seven-year notes at low-8% area

Atlanta, Nov. 6 – Turkey’s Global Liman Isletmeleri AS set talk in the low-8% area for an offering of $275 million notes due in seven years (expected ratings: B1//BB-), a market source said.

Citigroup and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the deal.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

The issuer is a cruise and commercial ports company based in Karakoy, Turkey.
