Gategroup calls €250 million of 6¾% senior notes due 2019 at 105.063

Chicago, Oct. 21 – gategroup Finance (Luxmbourg) SA issued a call for €250 million of its 6¾% senior notes due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.063% of par plus accrued interest on Nov. 24, according to a notice. Holders must be of record as of Nov. 23.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the principal paying agent.

The company is a Zurich-based travel services provider.
