G. Willi-Food Investments may conduct private placement

New York, June 20 - G. Willi-Food Investments Ltd. said it intends to price a private placement.

The pricing terms of the deal have not yet been determined, and there is no indication of the size of the deal.

A U.S.-based investment bank will be the placement agent in the deal.

Based in Yavne, Israel, G. Willi-Food is a food distribution company.
