New Issue: Singapore's GuocoLand sells S$125 million 4.1% seven-year notes at par

Atlanta, May 3 - Singapore's GuocoLand Ltd. sold S$125 million seven-year notes at par to yield 4.1%, a market source said.
Standard Chartered Bank was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.
GuocoLand is an investment holding company that focuses on real estate properties in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
