Gulf Keystone to redeem $100 million bond on Aug. 2 at 102

Lexington, Ky., July 18 – Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. will redeem its $100 million bond (ISIN: NO0010828106) on Aug. 2 at 102 plus interest, according to a notice Monday.

After the redemption, none of the issue will remain outstanding.

Nordic Trustee AS is the trustee.

Gulf Keystone is a Bermuda-based oil and gas company operating in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
