GS Finance to price digital notes linked to Netflix, Amazon, Apple

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 17 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% digital notes due May 23, 2019 linked to the common stocks of Netflix, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the return of each stock is at least negative 30%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,240 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing stock.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Nov. 20.

The Cusip number is 40055A4Q7.
