Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.4 million of 0% digital ETF-linked notes due Sept. 28, 2028 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the ETF finishes at or above its 75% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus 25.75% and par plus the return of the ETF.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines from initial level.
