Argentina's Grupo Supervielle plans to issue Ps. 105 million of notes

Pittsburgh, Aug. 5 - Grupo Supervielle SA plans to issue up to Ps. 105 million of class III 18-month notes and class IV 15-month notes at par, according to a news release.

Specifically, the company will sell up to Ps. 105 million of the class III notes, minus the amount of class IV notes issued.

The minimum subscription amount will be Ps. 10,000 for the class III notes and Ps. 1,000 for the class IV notes.

Interest will accrue on the class III notes at the Private Badlar rate plus an applicable margin to be set at the end of the subscription period.

The agents are Banco Santander Rio SA, Banco Supervielle SA and HSBC Bank Argentina SA.

The issuer owns Argentina's Banco Supervielle and Banco Regional de Cuyo SA.
