New York, Oct. 9 – Mexico’s Grupo Bimbo SAB de CV priced $600 million of 4% senior notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB) due 2049, according to a company news release.
This issue was originally proposed at $500 million.
The issue was over five times oversubscribed.
BBVA, Citi, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and MUFG acted as joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to redeem a portion of the company’s 4 7/8% notes due in June 2020.
Grupo Bimbo is a Mexico City-based bakery and food company.
