Gol Linhas withdraws $100 million minimum offering of perpetual notes

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 16 - Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA (B1/BB-/BB-) has withdrawn its $100 million minimum offering of perpetual notes.

The notes were talked with a yield in the 11½% area on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S deal was being led by JPMorgan.

The discount air carrier is based in Sao Paulo.
