New Issue: Goldman prices $22.5 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 3.25% initial rate

Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $22.5 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Nov. 30, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3.25% until May 30, 2022, 3.5% until May 30, 2024 and 4.5% until maturity. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly starting May 30, 2020.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
