New Issue: GS Finance sells $10.65 million index-linked notes on Nasdaq, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $10.65 million of 0% index-linked notes due Jan. 3, 2025 tied to the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the notes are not called and each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 1.32 times the return of the lower-performing index.

If either index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

If either index falls by more than 20%, investors will be exposed to the losses of the lower-performing index from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
