New Issue: Goldman Sachs reopens 6% notes due 2014 to add $260 million at 105.238

New York, June 18 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. reopened its 6% medium-term notes, series D, due May 1, 2014 to add $260 million, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were priced at 105.238 and are non-callable.

Total issuance is $2,375,000,000, including $2,115,000,000 issued in two deals in 2009.

Goldman Sachs & Co. was the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in New York City.
