Omaha, March 25 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $2.5 billion of 6.15% 10-year global notes Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 270 basis points, an informed source said.
The non-callable notes (Aa3/AA-/AA-) priced at 99.816 to yield 6.175%.
The notes priced at the tight end of talk, which was 270 bps to 275 bps more than Treasuries, the source said.
Goldman Sachs & Co. was the bookrunner.
The investment bank is based in New York City.
