China’s Golden Wheel Tiandi buys back $17 million more 9½% notes

Chicago, July 25 – Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd. said it purchased another $17 million, or 17%, of its $100 million 9½% senior notes due 2017 in July.

All of the purchased notes were canceled on July 25, according to a company announcement.

The company said on July 5 that it purchased $21.2 million of the 9½% notes in June and, before that, $19.1 million of the notes in April and May.

The notes were issued Dec. 8, 2015.

Golden Wheel Tiandi is a Hong Kong-based commercial and residential property developer, owner and operator that focuses on projects in China’s Jiangsu and Hunan provinces that are physically connected or in close proximity to metro stations or other transportation hubs.
