New Issue: UBS prices $4.09 million 12.62% yield optimization notes linked to Goldcorp

Philadelphia, May 22 - UBS AG priced $4.09 million of 12.62% annualized yield optimization notes with contingent protection due Nov. 25, 2008 linked to the common stock of the Goldcorp Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable in two installments.

Each note has a principal amount of $43.10, equal to the initial price of Goldcorp stock.

If Goldcorp stock falls below the trigger price - 65% of the initial price - during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be one Goldcorp share per note. If the stock remains at or above the trigger price, the payout will be par.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
