GMAC Mexicana plans to sell Ps. 275 million of certificados bursatiles in three tranches

New York, July 11 - GMAC Mexicana SA de CV Sofol said it plans to sell a total of Ps. 275 million of certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-2/F2(mex)) in three tranches via an auction on Wednesday.

The issuer will sell Ps. 50 million of seven-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is July 20, 2006.

The second tranche includes Ps. 150 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Aug. 10, 2006.

The third tranche is made up of Ps. 75 million of 182-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Jan. 11, 2007.

The settlement date is scheduled for Thursday.

The seven-day certificates are issue number 075 in GMAC Mexicana's current certificados bursatiles program. The 28-day certificates are issue number 076 and the 182-day certificates are issue number 077.

The issuer, based in Monterrey, Mexico, is a financial unit of GMAC in Mexico.
