Global Geophysical gets seven-member unsecured creditors committee

New York, April 7 - Global Geophysical Services, Inc.'s U.S. trustee, Judy A. Robbins, appointed seven members to the company's official committee of unsecured creditors, according to a Friday notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Appointed to the committee were J. Chris Matthews of the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA of Houston; Michael P. Walsh of Creation Technologies Texas, LLC of Plano, Texas; Byron Cherry of ION Geophysical Corp. of Houston; Marcus Pullicino of Greyco Seismic Personnel Services, LLC of Houston; Andrew P. Lauhoff of Discovery Acquisition Services, LLC of Houston; William J. Roberts of Entrix, Inc. of Lake Forest, Calif.; and James Kupferschmid of Pariveda Solutions, Inc. of Dallas.
Global Geophysical, a Missouri City, Texas-based provider of seismic data solutions to the oil and gas industry, filed bankruptcy on March 25. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-20130.
