Gia Investments intends to conduct private debt or equity financing

Company will use proceeds of offering to fund operations for next year

Knoxville, Tenn., April 11 - Gia Investments Corp. will conduct a private debt or equity financing, according to a 10-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for operations for the next year.

The Taipei City, Taiwan, company does not have significant operations.
