Brazil's Gerdau Steel to roadshow $400 million 10-year notes, via JP Morgan, next week

St. Louis, May 11 - GTL Trade Finance, a special purpose vehicle of Brazilian steel firm Gerdau SA, will begin a roadshow on Monday in London for its $400 million offering of 10-year notes (Ba1/BB+/BB+), according to an informed source.

The roadshow in the United States will be held from Tuesday through Thursday. The issue is expected to price on May 19.

JP Morgan has the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used for general management purposes for Gerdau and its subsidiaries.

Gerdau is headquartered in Pôrto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.
