Knoxville, Tenn., July 6 - GenSpera, Inc. took in $2.13 million from a private placement of units on June 30, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold the units at $1.50 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and a half-share warrant.
Each whole warrant is exercisable at $3.00 for five years.
The private company is based in San Antonio.
