Sidley Austin hires Moran as a partner in project finance practice

Kansas City, Kan., Feb. 29 - Sidley Austin LLP has hired Timothy J. Moran to represent clients in infrastructure project development and finance as a partner in the company's Washington, D.C., project finance business.

Moran is involved in alternative energy, coal and natural-gas fired facilities and natural gas infrastructure. He represents lenders in construction and term financings and equity investors in private placements and tax-based equity investments.

Sidley Austin is a full-service law firm based in Chicago.
