PricewaterhouseCoopers hires Perry Mandarino in restructuring practice

Knoxville, Tenn., April 29 - PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP said Perry Mandarino has joined the firm's U.S. restructuring and recovery practice as a partner.

Mandarino brings restructuring and bankruptcy sector experience to the practice. He has advised over 300 clients in the areas of strategic planning, complex debt restructurings, preparation of turnaround and business plans, cash flow analyses, preference investigations, fraud and fraudulent conveyance investigations, collateral evaluation and claims resolution.

Mandarino previously was a senior managing director of Traxi, LLC, a managing director in restructuring at the investment bank Berenson Minella & Co. and a partner in the global corporate finance-corporate restructuring group at Arthur Andersen LLP.

The accounting firm is based in New York.
