Financial Guaranty Insurance names Lisa McCall director of international finance

New York, Feb. 27 - Financial Guaranty Insurance Co. (FGIC) said it has named Lisa McCall as the director of international finance.

In this capacity, McCall will focus on future flows and other types of emerging market transactions.

Previously, she was the director of MBIA Insurance Corp., where she concentrated on future flow securitizations. She was responsible for the origination and structuring of transactions throughout Latin America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

New York-based FGIC provides financial guaranties for a variety of debt securities in the United States and internationally.
