Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Nov. 28-Dec. 2

Wilmington, Del., Dec. 6 - Prospect News reported three new defaults for the period from Nov. 28 through Dec. 2.
The defaults came in the form of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings by OCZ Technology Group, Inc. and Trigeant, Ltd.
In addition, AEG Power Solutions BV holding company 3W Power SA suspended the decision on paying the coupon on its €100 million 9¼% corporate bond until after a Dec. 18 bondholder meeting.
Prospect News has reported 139 defaults so far in 2013, including 72 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings; 24 missed interest payments; seven each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings and missed principal and interest payments; six distressed exchanges; four Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings; two each of involuntary Chapter 11 filings, CCAA filings, bankruptcy proceedings, insolvencies and administrations and one each of judicial recovery requests, Chapter 9 bankruptcy filings, missed principal payments, missed interest payments paid late, Schutzschirmverfahren, liquidations, provisional liquidations, corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations.
