General Finance to redeem remaining $11.6 million 8.125% notes

New York, Dec. 16 – General Finance Corp. plans to fully redeem its remaining $11.6 million 8.125% senior notes due July 2021 on Jan. 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
General Finance will redeem the issued and outstanding notes at par of $25, plus interest.
The redemption will be funded using borrowings from the company’s North American senior credit facility, which was amended to, among other things, allow the use of the borrowings for the redemption and extend the maturity of the facility to July 31, 2025, subject to extension up to Dec. 14, 2025 as provided in the amendment.
Wells Fargo Bank, NA (800 344-5128) is the paying agent.
