General Employment settles $2 million private placement of preferreds

Company sells 200,000 series A convertible preferreds at $10.00 each

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 4 ‑ General Employment Enterprises, Inc. said it completed a $2 million private placement of its series A convertible preferred stock.

The company sold 200,000 preferreds at $10.00 apiece.

The job placement firm is based in Naperville, Ill.
