Moody’s: A2 to General Dynamics notes
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to General Dynamics Corp.’s new senior notes due 2024 and 2027.
The company will use the proceeds to repay its $900 million of 1% notes due Nov. 15.
The outlook is stable.
“General Dynamics maintains strong competitive positions across its multitude of products and services. Being a prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Defense provides a steady flow of contracts,” the agency said in a news release.
