Gabon selling $200 million 6.95% notes due 2025 via Deutsche Bank

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 7 – The Gabonese Republic will sell $200 million of 6.95% notes due 2025, according to a market source.

The notes are expected to have a stabilization period that begins on Aug. 7 and lasts until Sept. 25.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the stabilization manager.
