Gabon announces dollar-denominated debut issue

New York, Nov. 26 - The Republic of Gabon plans to sell a debut sovereign bond (/BB-/) denominated in dollars, according to a market source.

From the same region, Ghana was able to price its $750 million debut sovereign at par with a coupon of 8½% on Sept. 27.
