New Issue: Mexico’s Fibra Inn sells Ps. 2 billion 10-year 9.93% trust certificates

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 15 – Deutsche Bank Mexico, SA, or Fibra Inn, issued Ps. 2 billion of 10-year 9.93% unsecured trust certificates, according to a company news release.

The certificates trade under the ticker symbol FINN18.

The coupon includes a base rate of 7.73% plus a spread of 223 basis points.

The company said the issue was oversubscribed by 1.44 times.

Some proceeds were used to redeem Ps. 1.88 billion of the company’s FINN15 debt securities due 2021.

Fibra Inn is a Monterrey, Mexico-based real estate investment trust specializing in hotels.
