Fidus Investment to partially redeem 6% $25-par notes due 2024

New York, Dec. 23 – Fidus Investment Corp. plans to redeem $50 million of its $69 million $25-par 6% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 316500305), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Committee.

The notes, which trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker “FDUSZ,” will be redeemed at par plus interest on Feb. 16.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Fidus is an Evanston, Ill.-based lower middle market investment company.
