Moody’s assigns EQM Midstream notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 rating to EQM Midstream Partners, LP's planned $600 million of senior unsecured notes due 2029.

The notes are rated Ba3, the same as the corporate family rating, reflecting the unsecured nature of EQM's capital structure, the agency said.

EQM will use the proceeds to reduce revolver borrowings.

The stable outlook is also unchanged.
