S&P affirms EQM Midstream

S&P said it affirmed its BBB- issuer credit and senior unsecured ratings on EQM Midstream Partners LP. The outlook is stable.

The affirmation reflects EQM's strengthening cash flow profile post-merger with Rice Midstream Partners LP, offsetting higher than previously forecast 2019 leverage, S&P said in a news release.
