By Sara Rosenberg

New York, April 24 – The Evans Network of Cos. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on May 3 to launch $262.5 million of first-lien term loans, according to a market source.

Antares Capital is the lead on the deal.

The debt consists of a $238.5 million covenant-light term loan and a $24 million delayed-draw term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and fund a distribution to existing shareholders.

Evans Network, a Calera Capital portfolio company, is a Schuylkill Haven, Pa.-based asset-light, tech-enabled service provider to operators in the logistics industry.
