Chicago, Dec. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $986,000 of 0% buffer securities due Dec. 23, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, capped at par plus 36.95%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
