New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.6 million trigger jump securities tied to Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.6 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Aug. 22, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index value is greater than the upside threshold level, 155% of the initial index value, the payout will be par plus the upside payment of 55% plus 1.7 times the gain of the index beyond the upside threshold level.

If the final index value is less than or equal to the upside threshold level but greater than or equal to the initial index value, the payout will be par plus 55%.

If the final index value is less than the initial index value but greater than or equal to the downside threshold level of 60% of the initial index value, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
