New Issue: UBS prices $5.14 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., April 30 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.14 million of 0% digital notes due Nov. 18, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the buffer level, 87.5% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,130.80 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
If the final index level is less than the buffer level, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
