New Issue: Scotiabank prices $4.09 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., March 26 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $4.09 million of 0% digital notes due July 13, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,207.50 per $1,000 note. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
