New Issue: Scotiabank sells $13.15 million digital notes due 2021 linked to Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 10 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $13.15 million of 0% digital notes due Jan. 12, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus the return and the threshold settlement amount, $1,396 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline.
