New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.5 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on basket

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.5 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 24, 2020 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 40% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 30% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any basket gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 16.4%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
