New Issue: Citigroup sells $3.93 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.93 million of 0% market-linked notes due Dec. 3, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than the upside knock-out level, 111% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5%. If the final level is less than the upside knock-out level, but greater than the initial level, the payout will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes below its initial level but above the downside knock-out level, 89% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return. If the final index level is below the downside knock-out level, the payout will be par plus 1.5%.
