Morgantown, W.Va., April 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.94 million of 0% market-linked notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 138% of any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
