New Issue: Citi prices $895,000 of enhanced buffer digital notes tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Dec. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $895,000 of 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due Dec. 3, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 16.5%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
