JPMorgan to price review notes due 2019 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 20 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price review notes due Sept. 26, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of at least 10.6% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on Sept. 28, 2018 or Sept. 23, 2019. The exact call premium will be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 25%, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 46647M6M0) will price on Sept. 22 and settle on Sept. 27.
