Citigroup to price market-linked notes on basket of indexes, ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0.5% market-linked notes due March 3, 2023 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The S&P 500 has a 33.34% weight, and the other two basket components have a 33.33% weight each.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 100% to 110% of any basket gain. If the basket falls, the payout will be par.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Aug. 29.

The Cusip number is 17324CLB0.
