Morgan Stanley plans digital index-linked notes due 2020 on Stoxx 50

New York, July 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% digital notes due in 44 to 47 months linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the threshold settlement amount of $1,473.80 to $1,557.10 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.

The exact maturity and threshold settlement amount will be set at pricing.
