New Issue: GS Finance sells $3.19 million digital notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, July 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.19 million of 0% digital notes due April 4, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount, $1,093 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15%.
