Morgan Stanley plans to price buffered PLUS linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 2 – Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 2, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus twice the index gain, subject to a maximum payment of $13.50 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 10% buffer and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%, subject to a minimum payment of $1 per PLUS.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 30 and settle on Nov. 4.

The Cusip number is 61765R644.
